Properties and benefits of Balm

This plant has pharmacological action: Appetizer, digestive, carminative, esmasmolytic, slightly sedation, antiseptic, choleretic, balsamic, healing. Indicate for: Lack of appetite, gastrointestinal spasms, meteorism, neurovegetative dystonia, anxiety, insomnia, hypertension, migraines, biliary dyskinesias, asthma, tachycardias, dysmenorrhoea, wounds.

How to take Balm?

It is recommended for internal use to boil 2 minutes and let stand 10 minutes. For external use, cook and apply in the form of hot baths, as relaxing and antidismenorrheic.

Composition of Balm

Alcohols, Terpenes, Essential oil rich in aldehydes, Chlorogenic phenolic acids, Uronic mucilages.
