Intake mode
It is advisable to mix the contents of the sachet with 1 kg of flour. Add 700 ml of water at 40 ° C and 3 teaspoons of salt. Knead for a long time by hand or 2 minutes in a blender. Leave to rest for 1 hour. Prepare the dough pieces and let them rest for 15 minutes, covering them. Shape the dough pieces and let rise for 4 hours. Storage conditions
