Description
Cordyceps by CFN is a nutritional supplement based on a medicinal mushroom highly appreciated for its energy and modulatory properties of the immune system.
Properties and benefits of Cordyceps
Cordyceps is a mushroom native to Tibet that has been traditionally used to fight age-related weakness, impotence, and fatigue. Improves cardiovascular, liver and kidney function; It is an immunomodulator and enhances respiratory capacity.
The wild form of Cordyceps sinensis is rare and expensive, so an isolated strain from the wild form (Cs-4, or Paecilomyces hepiali Chen) is grown industrially and is the most commonly used.
It has a high restorative power due to its wealth in nurientes. Among its components are nucleosides: adenine, adenosine, uracil, uridine, guanidine, guanosine, hypocanthin, inosine, thymine, thymidine, and deoxyuridine. The fresh, unprocessed Cordyceps presentation has a lower nucleoside content than the dry, processed form. It also contains: proteins, peptides, all essential amino acids and polyamines, derivatives of sugar, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
