Properties and benefits of Hair Skin Nails

This product contains:

  • Zinc which contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair, skin and nails;
  • Vitamin C for normal collagen formation, i.e. for healthy skin and as an antioxidant;
  • Collagen, a structural protein that plays a vital role in connective tissue to help keep skin healthy.

How to take Hair Skin Nails?

It is recommended to take one tablet daily during or immediately after meals.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Consult your doctor if you are already taking other supplements. In some people, high doses of magnesium can cause mild gastrointestinal upset. In these cases, it is recommended to split the dose over the day or take a small amount of powder.
