How to take Fisiogen Ferro?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day.

Composition of Fisiogen Ferro

Sucrosomed iron (iron pyrophosphate, pregelatinized rice starch, sucrose esters of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin on glucose syrup support, tricalcium phosphate and milk protein), gelatin, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Phosphate calcium, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and vegetable magnesium stearate, Cyanocobalamin 0.1% SD (vitamin B12, citric acid, maltodextrin, trisodium citrate), Color: E171.

For 1 capsule:
Vitamin C (60 mg), Iron (14 mg), Vitamin B12 (0.375 mcg).
