It is recommended because it contains important vitamins and minerals for adequate intellectual activity such as pantothenic acid, which contributes to adequate intellectual performance or zinc that contributes to normal cognitive function such as concentration, learning, memory, resistance to stress.

How to take Berocca Performance Vitamins?

It is recommended to take one effervescent tablet a day. Simply let the tablet dissolve in a glass of water to obtain a pleasant drink with a refreshing orange, red fruit or mango flavor. There is no problem in taking it at any time of the day and, moreover, it can be taken throughout the year without the need to intersperse rest periods.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, or use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Effervescent tablets contain a source of phenylalanine, which should be taken into account by phenylketonuric patients.
