How to take Zinc-Ease™, natural lemon?
It is recommended for adults: dissolve 1 lozenge in mouth every 2-3 hours up to three times per day.
Precautions
Avoid taking herbs, vitamins, minerals, food, or beverages (other than water) within 20 minutes of taking Zinc-Ease. This product cannot be taken for more than seven days. If nausea is experienced, discontinue use. Store away from heat and moisture
