How to take Zinc?

Composition of Zinc
Ingredients:
Emulsifier: dicalcium phosphate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, microencapsulated zinc (Ultrazin): zinc oxide, pregelatinized rice starch (Oryza sativa), sucrose fatty acid esters, sunflower lecithin, tricalcium phosphate, rice flour, anti-caking agent : magnesium stearate of vegetable origin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
For 1 tablet:
Zinc (15 mg), Vitamin B6 (0.46 mg).
