How to take Ph Basic?
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, as a maintenance dose.
Based on urine pH determination
If the pH is between 6.5 and 6.25 — 1 capsule per day
If the pH is between 6.25 and 5.75 — 2 capsules per day
If the pH is less than 5.75 — 3 capsules per day
*Urine pH should be between 7 and 7.5 from the second morning urine. The first urine of the morning can have a value of 5 or less, since it is during the night that the kidneys eliminate acidic waste.
Precautions
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
