Properties and benefits of Magnesium oil

The application of magnesium directly on the skin means a direct and effective action of this mineral in the affected area: it helps to relieve joint pain, muscle stiffness and circulatory discomfort.

Furthermore, it is ideal for preparing muscles, joints and ligaments before physical activity, and helps to relax and reduce muscle fatigue after said activity.

In cases of wear or existing injuries, it contributes to recovery and relieves pain. It is also effective in the care of calcaneal spurs.

How to take Magnesium oil?

It is recommended to spray 2 or 3 times a day on the sensitized area with a light massage until completely absorbed, especially in muscular areas.

Precautions

Do not apply to the face, wounds, mucous membranes, or irritated or sensitive skin. Wash hands after application.
