How to take Iron + B12 forte?

Dosage: 1 tablet a day.
Take during meals with a little water or fruit juice.

Precautions

Composition of Iron + B12 forte

Bulking agent: gum arabic, Ferrous bisglycinate, Vitamin C, Rice flour (Oryza sativa), Coating agent: fatty acids, Vitamin B2, Gelling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Copper bisglycinate, Vitamin B6, Emulsifier: glycerol, (6S)- 5-methyltetrahydrofolic: glucosamine salt, Vitamin B12.

Iron (45 mg), Copper (1.65 mg), Vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate) (25 mg), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) (6 mg), Folic acid (Quatrefolic® ) (500 µg), Vitamin B12 (MecobalActive, methylcobalamin) (500 µg), Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) (180 mg).
