    I already used it before, and during pregnancy. It is very good if you have absorption problems. It doesn't give me any problems with constipation, which happens with some type of irons.

Properties and benefits of Iron

Iron is associated with vitamin C to improve iron absorption, without oxidative effect. Both help decrease tiredness and fatigue.

How to take Iron?

It is recommended to take with a glass of water, in one of the meals, or under professional advice.

Precautions

Manufactured with equipment that can use: peanuts, soybeans, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, cereals with gluten, sesame seeds, nuts, celery, sulphites.

Composition of Iron

For 2 tablets:

Vitamin C (150 mg), Iron (14 mg), Magnesium stearate, Corn Starch, Talc, Microcrystalline cellulose, Iron Pyrophosphate, L-Ascorbic Acid, Lipofer, Hypromellose coating.
