Properties and benefits of Calcium and Magnesium with vitamin D, Zinc and Boron

Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D are necessary for the maintenance of bones and teeth in normal conditions. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium.

Zinc in addition to contributing to the normal functioning of bones, participates in the proper maintenance of hair, nails and skin. Vitamin K helps keep bones in their normal state.

How to take Calcium and Magnesium with vitamin D, Zinc and Boron?

It is recommended to take with meals.

Precautions
