It is recommended to take 1 tablet with water shortly before bed.
Precautions
Not suitable for children under 1 year old. Unless otherwise indicated, its use is not recommended for children under twelve years of age, in case of pregnancy and lactation or if medication that affects the brain is being used. Do not use for a period of more than three uninterrupted weeks. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are necessary.
