How to take Melatonin 1900 Flash Pack Duplo?

It is recommended in case of difficulty falling asleep: take 1 tablet a day letting it melt under the tongue, without drinking water, at bedtime. In case of jet lag: take 1 tablet a day, letting it melt under the tongue, without drinking water, from the first day of the trip and for the following days, until the effects of jet lag are no longer felt.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. This product should be kept out of the sight and reach of children. Bulking Agents (Mannitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Corn Starch), Vanilla Flavor, Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Melatonin (1.9 mg).
