How to take melamil to sleep?
4 drops (1 mg) once a day. 4 drops (0.17 ml) of Melamil contain 1 mg of melatonin.
Take 30 minutes before going to sleep.

Fructose, Purified water, Melatonin, Preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; scents; thickener: xanthan gum.
