The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

Box of 60 extended-release tablets, supplementation for 2 months.

How to take Chronobiane Lp 1.9mg?

1 tablet a day, with a glass of water in the evening.

For continuous use over several months, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
