Properties and benefits of Soy lecithin

Soy lecithin is a very healthy vegetable fat, rich in vitamin E and phosphorus, and a source of potassium. It has several mechanisms of action on lipoproteins, displacing them from the places where they tend to be deposited.
Lecithin is also useful in cases of stress, exam times or in general to nourish the brain.
Externally, lecithin exerts a moisturizing action, which is why it is used in numerous cosmetic products. It is especially indicated for dry and atopic skin.

Soy lecithin is also recommended as an adjuvant in case of fatty liver. In addition, it is suitable for vegans.

How to take Soy lecithin?

It is recommended to take 3 to 6 capsules a day, distributed (1 or 2 capsules) in the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
