Properties and benefits of Q.ore Premium Omega 3

Fatty acids in the diet are essential in the body for obtaining energy, the stability of cell membranes, the signals inside the cell and for obtaining other compounds from them. The essential fatty acids must be acquired with the diet due to the very low synthesis of these by the body, they are omega 6 and omega 3. Normally, the intake of omega 6 is well above that of omega 3 (even ratios have been identified 15/1), the most favorable ratio being omega 6 / omega 3 of 3/1 (that is, the intake of omega 6 should be 3 times higher than that of omega 3).
