How to take Omega Select 3 Uhc?

It is recommended to take, after meals, with plenty of water or other liquid: 1 pearl per day, for normal heart function (250 mg EPA + DHA per day); 2 pearls per day, to maintain normal brain function (250 mg DHA per day); 2 pearls per day, for the well-being of sight (250 mg DHA per day); 4 pearls per day, to maintain normal blood triglyceride levels * (2 g EPA + DHA per day); 5 pearls per day, for maintaining normal blood pressure (3 g EPA + DHA per day); do not exceed the additional daily intake level of 5 g of EPA and DHA combinations.
