Description

Flaxseed Oil (also called Flaxseed oil and in English Flaxseed oil or Linseed oil) is mainly composed of precursors of the Essential Fatty Acids Omega 3-6-9:

- 58% approx. Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), precursor of Omega-3s.

- 15% approx. Linoleic Acid (LA), precursor of Omega-6.

- 12% approx. Oleic Acid (OA), precursor of Omega-9.

- 10% approx. of other acids such as Palmitic, Stearic, etc.

These precursors are easily convertible by the body into EPA, DHA and DPA, which are Long Chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (LCPUFA), being essential in different processes in our body. The different Omega 3-6-9 Essential Fatty Acids act as powerful antioxidants, with calming capacity and as cytoprotectors, and for this it is necessary to establish a balance between them.

By providing the precursors of these Essential Fatty Acids, with an Omega-6 / Omega-3 ratio of 1/3 respectively, we are providing the appropriate levels to achieve maximum effectiveness.

How to take Linaval Solution?

The following dosage is recommended according to weight and age. It can be taken in a single dose after a main meal for at least 12 weeks.

Precautions

It does not have the recommended doses. It slightly facilitates intestinal transit, so treatment should be suspended in case of diarrhea for at least 3 days after the last diarrheal episode. Slightly enhances the effect of anticoagulants

Pregnancy, lactation, and childhood: It is not contraindicated in any case, and the warnings set out must be observed.
