Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is an essential fatty acid from the omega 3 family that helps maintain normal brain function.

Properties and benefits of Omegabiane Dha

The effective dose of DHA is 250 mg per day. Therefore, it is advisable to integrate foods that are sources of DHA into the daily diet (rapeseed oil, walnut oil, oily fish, etc...).

How to take Omegabiane Dha?

From 1 to 3 capsules a day, swallow with a large glass of water, preferably during a meal. Duration of supplementation: from 26 to 80 days.

Precautions

This food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.

Composition of Omegabiane Dha

Concentrated fish oil, capsule (fish gelatin, gelling agent: glycerol), antioxidant: extract of rosemary Rosmarinus officinalis (leaves).

For 1 capsule:

Fish oil 625mg
