    Very convenient as it is a single daily intake. The capsule is quite large but due to its texture it is not too difficult to swallow.

How to take Omega 3?

It is recommended to take 1 softgel a day with one of the main meals.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or for a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Composition of Omega 3

Blue fish oil rich in Omega 3 (EPA and DHA), Vitamin E (D-alpha Tocopherol), Antioxidants (mixture of extracts rich in tocopherols: ascorbyl palmitate and propyl gallate), Capsule shell components: gelatin bovine and glycerin.

For 1 capsule:
Fish oil (1000 mg) that provides 35% EPA (350 mg) and 25% DHA (250 mg), Vitamin E (5 mg).
