Properties and benefits of Omega 3

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) is obtained from cold water fish, and it is a polyunsaturated fatty acid of the Omega 3 series. It reduces the formation of thrombi. Helps alleviate certain ailments such as hypertension, migraines, and rheumatism. Protects against age-related macular degeneration.

How to take Omega 3?

It is recommended to take 2 or 3 capsules a day, divided into the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
