It is an ideal supplement during pregnancy. Taken during lactation, cod liver oil improves the level of fatty acids in breast milk, which promotes optimal brain development and also increases vitamin A levels.

How to take Cod Liver Oil?

It is recommended to take 2 to 4 pearls a day, with meals.
