Properties and benefits of Evening Primrose Dim

The importance of evening primrose oil lies in its richness in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid. These are precursors of prostaglandins, mainly E, which help regulate the hormonal system and metabolism in general. It is also very useful in skin problems.

It contains vitamin E that contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage, it also has regulatory properties, emollients and is very beneficial in dryness and skin aging.

How to take Evening Primrose Dim?

It is recommended to take 3 pearls a day with a glass of water.
