It is recommended to take as follows: adults: 30 drops 2 times a day. Children: 20 drops 2 times a day.
Precautions
It can be taken directly or diluted in a little water without touching the dropper. Once it is open, it must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within three weeks. Contains lactose. The container should be kept out of the reach of children.
Storage conditions

Distilled Water (49.91 g), Sodium Chloride (0.19 g), Sodium Carbonate Decahydrate (0.0481 g), Lactose (0.0481 g), Magnesium Sulfate (0.03895 g), Magnesium Chloride (0.0304 g), L-cystine (0.0058 g), Potassium Chloride (0.00665 g), Calcium Chloride (0.0038 g), Probiotic Ferments: Enterococcus faecalis cells and autolysate.
