I had my gallbladder removed two years ago and a nutritionist friend told me that my gas problems and feeling of fullness with little eating could be due to a difficulty in properly digesting; In addition, since I am a vegan, this accumulation of gases was greater, so he recommended these enzymes. And it has worked: less abdominal bloating, lighter digestions and much less accumulated gases. It is true that I have to control what I eat (due to the lack of a gallbladder), but it has suited me wonderfully.

There were days when I had a pretty bloated belly and it was difficult to "put a tripilla", in addition to being annoying, especially if you spent a little bit eating something you shouldn't or eating / drinking more than you could. I have been taking these digestive enzymes for three days at lunch and dinner, and it has been nothing short of miraculous: easy digestion, almost zero bloating and zero constipation. I especially like that they are vegan friendly and have a mild and pleasant mint flavor. I recommend it to anyone who has heavy or slow digestions, who are cholecystectomized or who suffer from constipation. But beware, taking them does not mean that you can abuse what you eat ... Everything wisely.

Me extirparon la vesícula biliar hace año y medio y tengo que tener cuidado con lo que como porque, aunque esté dentro de lo que puedo comer, en muchas ocasiones me provoca distensión abdominal. Había días que tenía un vientre bastante hinchado y costaba "meter tripilla", además de que me encontraba molesta, sobre todo si te pasabas un poquito comiendo algo que no debías o comiendo/bebiendo de más de lo que sí podías. Llevo tres días tomando estas enzimas digestivas en la comida y en la cena, y ha sido poco menos que milagroso: digestiones sin problemas, distensión abdominal casi nula y cero estreñimiento. Me gusta sobre todo que son aptas para veganos y que tienen un sabor a menta suave y agradable. Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que tenga digestiones pesadas o lentas, que estén colecistectomizados o que padezcan de estreñimiento. Pero ojo, que tomarlas no significa que pueda uno abusar de lo que come...Todo con prudencia.
