How to take Enzymes 20?

Calcium carbonate, enzyme mixture from fermented maltodextrin: Amylase, Cellulase, Glucoamylase, Pectinase, Proteases, Lipase, Lactase, capsule coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, papain (sulfites), bromelain, Prolyl-oligopeptidase (Tolerase® G), anti-caking agent : magnesium salt of fatty acids.
