How to take Vitex?
It is advisable to take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably outside of meals.

Composition of Vitex
Chasteberry fruit dry extract (Vitex agnus-castus L.) 0.4% aucubins and 0.5% agnosides. Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Capsule of vegetable origin (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water, gelling agent: gellan gum). Bulking agent: calcium phosphate dihydrate. Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
For 1 capsule: Chasteberry extract 230mg, of which Aucubins 0.92mg, Agnosides 1.15mg.
