How to take Verum Forte?

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets, preferably in the evening.To promote regular bowel function, we recommend taking Verum PlantaFibra daily, combined with Verum ForteLax as needed

Precautions

Do not use the product in children, pregnant and lactating women and for prolonged periods. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Supplements are not intended to replace a varied diet. The product should be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.
