How to take Sleepcare Melatonin Retard?

Take 1 whole tablet a day 30 minutes before going to bed. In case of traveling: Take 1 whole tablet on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. It should not be consumed by pregnant women, nor by those who are being treated with antidepressants or who have kidney failure.

Storage conditions

Keep the product in a cool and dry place.

Composition of Sleepcare Melatonin Retard

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium oxide, stabilizer (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (talc), niacin (nicotinamide), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Per 1 capsule: Melatonin: 1.98mg, Magnesium 56.3mg, Niacin 16mg NE, Vitamin B6 1.4mg.
