How to take Red Yeast Rice?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times a day, preferably with meals.

Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are nursing, because use of this product may harm an unborn baby. Only for adults. Consult a doctor if you take medications (especially statins) or have an intolerance to statins or liver problems. If muscle discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Calcium (from Calcium Carbonate), Red Yeast Rice (Monascus purpureus) (Concentrated Powder (10:1), Other Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Maltodextrin, Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), and Vegetable Coating.
