Description
Plantis Rodiozen is a food supplement that helps in situations of stress, emotional tension, mental fatigue and physical exertion.
Properties and benefits of Rodiozen
Radiola (natural adaptogen)
Rhodiola rosacea is a plant that grows in the cold high regions of Europe and Asia, it is known by the name of the golden root and has traditionally been used to prevent fatigue, improve physical and intellectual performance and ensure mental tranquility. Various studies have proven that its activity is due to the richness of its root in rosavins and salidrocids that act as adaptogens. An adaptogen is a functional ingredient that favors the natural tendency of our body to adapt to stressful situations by strengthening the immune, nervous and glandular systems.
It does not present contraindications. Unlike caffeine, guarana or ephedrine that act as stimulants at the level of the central nervous system, Rhodiola exerts control over certain stress mediators by increasing the levels of some neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine, and limiting the excess release of the stress hormone cortisol.
Rhodiola manages to naturally stimulate our body to deal effectively with stress and, in this way, prolong its well-being at all levels.
SAM-e (improves mood)
It is a natural metabolite of the amino acid methionine that is present in all living cells and plays a fundamental role in cellular biochemistry. SAM-e is required for the synthesis of norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin, neurotransmitters that regulate mood. Deficiency of these neurotransmitters is thought to be involved in the development of depression and other mood disorders. Exogenous addition of SAM-e may result in increased synthesis of these neurotransmitters, which may explain its antidepressant effect.
B vitamins
They contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. They also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Copper
Facilitates the use of iron in the synthesis of hemoglobin. It is part of numerous enzymes and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Shizandra
Schisandra chinensis is a climbing vine of the magnoliaceae family, native to the forests of China and Korea and Eastern Siberia. Its fruits are used, which are rich in schisandrine, and have been shown to be useful as an adaptogen, exerting beneficial effects on the central and sympathetic nervous systems. Numerous experimental studies have shown that it can increase work capacity, endurance, precision of movement, and mental performance.
In addition to protecting against stress and external factors (thermal shocks, burns, pressure changes, etc.). On the other hand, several clinical trials have demonstrated its efficacy in asthenia and in neuralgic and psychiatric disorders (neurosis, depression, asthenio-depressive states, schizophrenia and alcoholism).
