How to take Multivit '4G Effervescent Energy?

It is advisable to take 1 effervescent tablet per day to be taken with a glass of water (200 ml), for 30 days, preferably in the morning. It is recommended a period of use of 1 to 2 months, at changes of season or in case of temporary fatigue.
