40% fructose, 29% dextrose, acidulant: citric acid; 3% dehydrated glucose syrup, trisodium citrate, tricalcium citrate, potassium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, flavor, glycine, L-arginine, calcium carbonate, sweeteners: acelsufam K, sucralose; vitamin mixture (ascorbic acid, vitamin E acetate, nicotiniamide, calcium pantothenate, Vitamin B2, B6 hydrochloride, B1 nitrate, folic acid, vitamin B12), zinc gluconate.

For every 100 g:
L-arginine (600 mg), L-glycine (900 mg), Vitamin C (238.4 mg), Niacin (37.1 mg), Vitamin B2 (5.3 mg), Vitamin B1 (3.3 mg) , Vitamin B12 (10.3 µg), Potassium (1440 mg), Magnesium (427 mg), Zinc (20 mg), Vitamin E (49.4 mg), Pantothenic acid (16.2 mg), Vitamin B6 (4 , 6 mg), Folic acid (690 µg), Calcium (240 mg), Phosphorus (456 mg), Sodium (691 mg).
