How to take Menopause?

It is recommended to take 1 white capsule in the morning before having breakfast and 1 blue capsule at night before going to sleep.

Composition of Menopause

For 1 white tablet (day):
Green tea leaf extract (165 mg), Eleutherococcus root dry extract (100 mg), Butcher's broom root dry extract (70 mg), Black cohosh root dry extract (10 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), Vitamin B9 (0.2 mg), Vitamin B12 (0.0025 mg).

For 1 blue tablet (night):
Dry extract of passionflower flowers (100 mg), Extract of aerial parts of sage (39 mg), Melatonin (1 mg), Vitamin A (0.4 mg), Vitamin K2 (0.045 mg), Vitamin D3 (0.005 mg) .
