How to take L-Carnitine?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times a day.

Precautions

Product for adults only. Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy, lactation, medical treatment or any medical condition before taking the product. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Some natural variation in color may occur in this product. Manufactured in facilities that handle wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, and nuts.
