How to take Gaba plus Holomega?

It is recommended to take preferably outside meals, or as directed by a specialist.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Due to the presence of GABA, caution should be used in people taking benzodiazepine tranquilizers, due to the possible interaction with them.
