Properties and benefits of Ginegea SPM

It contains Vitex Agnus Castus, which helps regulate hormonal balance and improves some of the symptoms, such as irritability. In addition, it is complemented with magnesium that contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles and reduces tiredness and fatigue, Vitamin B6 that contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, Tanacetum parthenium that helps to counteract headaches, Angelica and Vitamins E and B12.

How to take Ginegea SPM?
