How to take Germaflex (Wheat Germ, Chondroitin & Glucosamine)?

May Contain Traces Of Soy. Germaflex contains 50% wheat germ (Germalyne). However, Germalyne contains only small traces of gluten. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
