Colestia evo from Nova Diet is a food supplement based on red yeast rice, berberis aristata, artichoke, coenzyme Q10 and policosanol from sugar cane.

Cholesterol performs vital functions in our body. However, when blood cholesterol levels are high, it can accumulate, forming atherosclerotic plaques.

The Colestia evo formula contains four active ingredients that act synergistically, which contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels :

• It has been shown that there is a cause-effect relationship between the consumption of 10 mg per day of monacolin K, from red yeast rice ( Monascus purpureus ), and the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol concentrations.
• Artichoke leaves contain different compounds and flavonoids that help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
• Policosanol is a mixture of substances where octacosanol predominates, obtained from sugar cane and which, according to several published studies, interferes with cholesterol levels in blood plasma.
• Coenzyme Q10 helps protect cells against oxidative damage from free radicals.

How to take Colestia evo?

Take 1 capsule in the evening with dinner or at bedtime, with the help of water or fruit juice (except grapefruit juice).

Precautions

Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. In case of treatment with anticoagulants or antiaggregants, consult a health professional. Do not take with grapefruit juice. Berberis aristata es, red yeast rice (monascus purpureus es), artichoke es, dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, coenzyme Q10, cane sugar policosanol, water, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

For 1 capsule:

• Red yeast rice (Monascus purpureus, ES, 100 mg, titrated to 3% monacolin K (3 mg))
• Artichoke (ES) 80 mg, titrated to 5% chlorogenic acid (4 mg))
• Coenzyme Q10 (10mg)
• Sugarcane policosanol (8.3 mg, titrated to 60% in octacosanol (5 mg))
