How to take Cesadol?

For acute or chronic discomfort it is recommended to take 2 capsules in the first dose and then 1 capsule every 8 or 12 hours to maintain the effect.

For relief of premenstrual and menstrual discomfort you can start taking one capsule a day from day 14 of the cycle. If despite this taking you feel discomfort in the days before and / or during the days of menstruation, then take 2 capsules in a single dose, preferably in the morning, and, from this double dose, take 1 capsule every 8-12h to maintain the analgesic effect with a maximum of 4 capsules a day, 1 every 6 hours.

Precautions

Its use in pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

Composition of Cesadol

Palmitoylethanolamide from Cannabis sativa, Dry extract of Rhodiola rosea, Maltodextrin, Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, Capsule: hypromellose, Gelling agents, Colorant: calcium carbonate.

Palmitoylethanolamide (250 mg), Rhodiola rosea dry extract (100 mg).
