Description

Caricol is a totally natural product, without preservatives, made with fresh papaya from organic farming, ripened on the tree, which is prepared following a recipe created by Dharma teacher and founder of the Lotus Buddhist Monastery in Hawaii, Ji Kwang Dae Poep Sa Nim. Its preparation process increases the benefits of papaya, increasing its enzymatic activity almost 4 times.

Properties and benefits of snail

Papaya is more than just an exotic fruit. It contains an enzyme, papain, which facilitates the assimilation of meat proteins. It is also an alkalizing food. It has the ability to digest dietary protein into amino acids.

It is a very nutritious fruit. It is low in calories (40 cal / 100g) and loaded with nutrients, especially vitamins C and A. It also has soluble fiber (pectins), vitamins B1, B3 and B6, and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. In addition, it contains a large amount of digestive enzymes similar to human pepsin and resistant to gastric pH: chymopapain and papain.

How to take snail?
