Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. How to take Biovit 3 Throat?

Echinacea (96 mg), Vitamin C (40 mg), Mallow, for example (36 mg), Zinc (7.5 mg), Eucalyptus (2.4 mg), Propolis (12 mcg).
