How to take Betaine HCL 648mg?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule at the beginning of each meal.

Precautions

Do not take on an empty stomach. Produced in a GMP facility that processes wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, or tree nut ingredients. Only for adults. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition (especially acid reflux). Keep out of the reach of children.
