Health claims (EU Regulation No. 432/2012): Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) improves the body's resistance to stress, helps maintain mental balance and emotional stability.

How to take Ashwagandha?

1 capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions
