Properties and benefits of Ansiorem
L-tryptophan is the only precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood and participates in the synthesis of the sleep hormone.
The sleep hormone is produced by the pineal gland, whose activity is essential in various stages of sleep, especially during REM (Rapid Eyes Movement), contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep and alleviating jet-lag effects.
Passiflora and Giuggiolo contribute to mental well-being and relaxation, even in case of stress, to promote good sleep.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function, normal nervous system function, normal energy metabolism, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
How to take Ansiorem?
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the morning or half an hour before going to bed, according to personal preferences. It can be dissolved in the mouth or chewed.
Precautions
Do not disperse into the environment after use. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

For 1 tablet:
L-tryptophan (80 mg), Jujube (80 mg) of which saponins (1.6 mg), Passion flower (60 mg) of which flavonoids (2.1 mg), Melatonin (1 mg), Vitamin B6 (1 mg).
