Description
5-HTP, the intermediate metabolite between the amino acid tryptophan and serotonin, is extracted from the seed of the African plant Griffonia simplicifolia. Supports a positive frame of mind.
How to take 5-Htp?
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach before going to bed.
Precautions
Only for adults. Not recommended for pregnant / lactating women. Consult a doctor if you take medication (especially antidepressants) or have a medical condition. May cause drowsiness and mild transient gastrointestinal symptoms. Take it with food in case of gastrointestinal upset. Keep out of the reach of children.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
