Properties and benefits of Ultra propolis powder

To be used daily over a period of one month, before the first cold and throughout the winter period.

How to take Ultra propolis powder?

It is advisable to take 4 level spoons of powder per day (measuring spoon provided), in the morning, to mix with a little honey, a compote or a muesli. 1 month supplementation period, to be renewed if necessary.

In prevention: take 2 level spoons per day (measuring spoon provided), in the morning, to mix with a little honey, a compote or a muesli. 1 month supplementation period, to be renewed if necessary.

Precautions
